Chapter One
1,550 Days
Feb 18, 2022 to May 18, 2026. A freestyle practice stream every single day.
What it was
Every day for 1,550 days I went live on Twitch and freestyled. Twitch became a practice room with an audience: freestyles, live looping, singing, hard days and good ones, and a community forming around the work, the Night Riders.
How it ended
On May 18, 2026 I chose to end it. Not a broken streak: a finished one. The energy that went into showing up every day now goes into Towards Night 2.0.
How I trained
Words from chat, Freestyle Roulette, live looping.
The drillsWhat's next
The Vitruvian TN and Chapter Two.
